YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: According to Russian media, as of yesterday, the International Committee of the Red Cross has data on 150 Armenian captives who are alive, and work is being done to get them back. But it is not clear why this has not been achieved so far.

Since yesterday, information has been circulating on Azerbaijani platforms that in the coming days they are going to hold a victory parade in Baku and display—with the motifs of 1945—Armenian POWs and Armenian military equipment.

In response to this information, Artur Harutyunyan, a member of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] President Arayik Haroutyunyan’s [political] team, head of the ruling [parliamentary] faction, said yesterday that he did not know anything about it, assured that they were dealing with the matter of the return of the POWs. He did not know their exact number either, said that a process was underway and expressed hope that there will be a return of prisoners in the near future, but he did not know why they did not set a [respective] timeframe in the trilateral statement [signed by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia].
