A demonstration was held in the early morning hours on Wednesday, outside a Turkish beer factory in Ulyanovsk Oblast (province), Russia,

Those that assembled protested Turkey’s shooting down a Russian warplane.

A group of activists approached the building of the Efes Rus beer company, and demanded that the Turkish flag be removed.

Police officers and Zavolzhye district hall representatives also assembled outside the factory.

The crowd, angered by their presence, was able to get the Turkish flag, and they threw eggs on it.

And the flags of Russia and its military forces were raised on the beer factory, reported Ulgrad.

The Turkish air force on Tuesday shot down a Russian Su-24 attack aircraft/interdictor—which was taking part in the antiterrorism operations in Syria—on the Turkish-Syrian border.
