American intelligence is not ready to say who “broke” the servers of the Democratic leadership, said the US intelligence chief James Klapper, speaking at a conference at the Aspen Security Forum in London , reports the  Voice of America.

He spoke about the presence of " traditional suspects" who were probably responsible for the cyber-attack , but according to him, it is more likely  that there is a state standing behind that rather than independent hackers. The cyber security experts and the American officials said on Monday that there is evidence that Russia was involved in the leakage of the information from the e-mails of the Democratic Party , the aim of which is to influence the US presidential elections.

As reported earlier, the WikiLeaks has published a report obtained through hackers’ attack on the eve of the National Democratic Congress. The leaked e-mails show that the National Committee of the Democratic Party has chosen Hillary Clinton’s rather than his rival Bernie Sanders’s candidacy.
