The American scientists said that parents should not post newborns’ photos on the Internet. It was reported that such an attitude can lead to serious consequences, Informing reported.

As it is known, more often parents add pictures of their small children on the social networks. According to experts from U.S. Academy of Pediatrics, this can cause mental problems during the development.

Physicians noted that children should  decide whether they want their photos to appear on the web. As they cannot do that  at early ages, parents should thoroughly think before showing their newborn baby to the public.

Pediatricians do not advise parents to past photos which were made during holiday abroad. According to them, this can negatively affect the perception of the infant.

Scientists also recommend parents not to let children up to 1.5 use a computer or smartphone. So, parents can download special training programs which will contribute to development for their child.
