The VivaCell-MTS Company plans to make U.S. $50 to $55 million investments next year, Ralph Yirikian, Viva-Cell General Manager, told journalists that a total of U.S. $7 million will be invested in 4G network expansion. A total of U.S. $7.5 million have been spent for this purpose this year.
