Spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) opens on Monday in Strasburg.  

Honoring of obligations and commitments by Georgia and death penalty in Council of Europe member states are on the agenda.

Issues related to Armenia will not be discussed in the course of a spring session. However, members of the Armenian delegation will raise certain questions regarding Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and the South Caucasus.

The PACE spring session opens on Monday and will last till Friday.
