The prosecutor has initiated public criminal prosecution against Narek Karapetyan under Part 2 of Article 236 and Point 3 of Part 3 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia.
Recall that the CEC stripped Narek Karapetyan of parliamentary immunity, but rejected the motion to arrest Narek Karapetyan.
