STEPANAKERT. – In line with the arrangement that was previously reached with authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), the OSCE mission held a planned monitoring on Thursday at the line of the contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces.

The monitoring was conducted nearby Seysulan residence in Martakert Region.

From the NKR Defense Army’s positions, the monitoring was carried out by the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office’s field assistants Irji Aberle and Hristo Hristov. From the Azerbaijani positions, the monitoring was conducted by field assistants Evgeny Sharov and William Pryor, NKR MFA informs.  

No ceasefire violations were recorded during the monitoring. But, yet again, the Azerbaijani side did not take the OSCE mission out to its vanguards positions, that is, to the previously agreed point. As a result, the OSCE monitoring teams had to monitor from a more distant location.     

NKR MOD and MFA representatives accompanied the OSCE monitoring mission at the Karabakh side of the line of contact.
