Iranian Oil Minister Masoud Mirkazemi informed that oil and gas fields were discovered in the country, Fars news agency reports.
According to him, Soummar oilfield contains 475 million barrels of oil reserve with 70 million barrels recoverable. The profit of $5 billion from the oilfield located in Kermanshah can be expected.
As to Halegan gas field, its output could reach 50 million cubic meters of gas per day.
