YEREVAN.- The municipality of Yerevan marked on Wednesday the 116th anniversary of great Armenian poet Yeghishe Charents.
Pupils from Yerevan schools, prominent cultural figures visited memorial to Charents.
The initiative was organized by the Municipality and House-Museum of Yeghishe Charents. Schoolchildren read poems of the renowned poet and then handed over papers with his poems to the passers-by.
