An informal summit of CSTO member states and CIS countries will be held in Moscow today. Situation in Kyrgyzstan and other crucial international issues are on the agenda. RA President Serzh Sargsyan has left for Moscow to participate in the summit.
Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) is a military-political union of seven states: Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Kyrgyz delegation will not participate in the summit, as constitutional authorities have not yet been formed in the country.
