Russia and Turkey are for the establishment of joint enterprises under “Gazprom” OJSC and Turkish Oil Corporation auspices for the prospecting and production of hydrocarbon in the third countries, the intergovernmental protocol reads. The document was signed during Russian Premier Putin’s visit to Ankara.
