The 8th International Investment Forum “Sochi-2009” will take place on September 17-20, 2009 in Sochi.

Among the participants also are diplomatic missions and European business delegations. Overall, 26 countries will participate: Armenia, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy, USA, Turkey, etc.

RF PM Vladimir Putin will deliver an opening speech of the business part which is due on September 18. Development of Russian economy, realization of large-scale investment projects, and energy-efficiency issues will be in the focus.

Other topics include Sochi’s future after 2014, tax policy, infrastructure projects during the economic crisis, and labor market.

Presently, 2595 people confirmed their participation, Armenian representatives are among them.
