During January-September 2010, about 1.22 million passengers and 6,267 tons of cargo were transported the Armenian through airport Zvartnots.

In particular, for the first 9 months about 575.8 thousand people arrived in Armenia and 641.7 thousand people departed, while imported 3,778 tons of cargo and exported 2,489 tons.

The volume of passenger traffic through the backup airport Shirak in Gyumri city in the reporting period amounted to 33.6 thousand compared with 16.6 thousand people the same period of 2009. The volume of transported cargo increased from 2.03 tons to 5.27 tons.
