YEREVAN. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander, Levon Mnatsakanyan, admitted that the army had shortcomings prior to the four-day war which Azerbaijan had unleashed against Artsakh in early April 2016, but added that these shortcomings have now been rectified (PHOTOS).
“Today, we have progress, both in arms and logistical terms,” Mnatsakanyan on Saturday told the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia. “The works of improving, reinforcing the [military] positions continue; they are continuous.”
