YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan is making inconceivable efforts to prove itself the “ineffectiveness” of the Iskander tactical-operational missile system of Armenia.
Armenian military analyst Arkadi Grigoryan stated the aforementioned commenting—at the request of Armenian News-NEWS.am—on Azerbaijan’s latest “analysis” with respect to its “imperviousness.”
“Comparing surface-to-air missiles with tactical-operational missiles is about the same as comparing the Zhiguli[-model car] with the KAMAZ[-model truck],” said Grigoryan. “That is, they are completely different things.”
In his words, the writers of such “analytical publications” have reached the point that they are even attempting distort the laws of physics.
“The objective of such publications is to convince its own public of the ‘ineffectiveness’ of the armament—especially of the Iskanders—of the Armenian army,” concluded Arkadi Grigoryan.
