Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan cancelled hi meeting in Hrazdan town Wednesday.

According to the information of Armenian News - NEWS.am, the PM decided to cancel the concert and meeting with town voters in connection with the memorial service for serviceman Artak Rafayelyan, who was killed in Artsakh.

Defense Minister of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan has already attended the memorial service for the late soldier.

Rafayelyan would turn 20 on April 13. He was killed Tuesday in Artsakh as a result of the shots fired by the Azerbaijani army.
