On April 3, the Prosecutor Office submitted two reports and three media publications containing alleged crimes to the Special Investigation Service to clarify the circumstances therein.

The reports refer to impeding the work of the monitoring group in the penitentiaries, whereas the publications reprinted by hcav.am, as well as  armtimes.com and zham.am media outlets refer to the violations registered by the observers, obstruction of the activities of proxies, and cases of directing voters, and voting violations in the penitentiaries .

The special investigation services prepare materials in regard to these violations and publications and will periodically provide information about the cases.
