YEREVAN. - Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Monday referred to the possibility of a meeting with his Russian and Azerbaijani counterparts on April 27.
“There is a common understanding on the need to organize such a meeting. When there is a final agreement and the time limits are ascertained, we will inform about it,” the FM noted.
