YEREVAN. - Deputy of Tsarukyan Bloc Napoleon Azizyan finds it hard to precisely say whether the faction will approve the Government program at the upcoming session of the nwly formed parliament.

''You know what program we presented as an opposition faction. We must try to implement our programs, since people will immediately feel the change once any of its provisions are implemented. If the faction members having 31 mandates in the 105-member parliament are good, it is impossible for our program not to be implemented, at least partially. Anyway, we will work in that direction,'' the MP said.

Referring to the result of the work implemented by the Government headed by PM Karen, Azizyan declined to make any conclusions.

''I cannot say anything about the Government yet... I think the Government program will not be acceptable to us,'' he noted.

Touching on the re-appointment of Government members, the MP said: ''They don't want to make changes for one year, since radical changes will already take place next year, the powers of the president being vested on the National Assembly. A new Government will then be formed.''
