The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received a report, on Friday at 10։57pm.

Accordingly, A. S. and K. S., residents of Tsovagyugh village in Gegharkunik Province, had gone to Lake Sevan with a  fishing boat, but had not returned. 

Several lifeguards and an operative team from the special water rescue squad were dispatched to the area to search for them.

On Saturday at 6:07am, fishermen found the dead body of K. S., about 2.2km from the lake shore, wrapped around their fishing nets.

The other fisherman has not yet been found.
