YEREVAN. - The rejuvenation of the Armenian National Assembly (NA) should be smooth and not through revolution, NA deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Samvel Nikoyan, told Armenian News – NEWS.am, referring to the pledges of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to rejuvenate the new parliament. 

“Generation change should not be revolutionary but smooth. The revolution cannot lead to good results. There shouldn’t be any age limitation in the state administration system; the result of the activity should be stressed instead. Rejuvenation doesn’t mean that we should execute by shooting all the 50-year-olds and bring young people instead,” the deputy said.
