On September 4, “Armavia” Air Company LLC national air carrier signed an agreement with AIR FRANCE, Armavia commercial director Tereza Ghazaryan and Deputy Director of Fight Operations Department Sergei Kharatyan stated at the September 8 press conference.

Yerevan-Paris flights will be carried out 5 times a week. Armavia considers this agreement serious achievement.

The first Yerevan-Paris flight was operated in September 7. Tereza Ghazaryan expressed hope the passenger traffic will increase due to the large Armenian community in France and underlined it would positively affect tourism development.
