On September 12, 2009 Russian, Kazakh, Turkmen and Azerbaijani Presidents will take part in the informal summit in Aktau, Kazakhstan.
The participants will discuss a wide range of questions, however no document will be signed, Press Secretary of Russian President Nataliya Timakova informed the journalists. She did not exclude that intergovernmental agreements on energy sector will be discussed in the course of summit.
