Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, together with the FM of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), was photographed with the national shirt of the Philippines, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
A dinner was held in the Filipino capital city of Manila on Sunday evening, and in connection with the ASEAN events.
According to tradition, at this dinner the ministers wear shirts in the national style of the country that chairs ASEAN and are photographed.
