YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, sent a congratulatory message to President Ram Nath Kovind of India.
Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the press office of the President of Armenia that, in his message, Sargsyan extended Kovind his best wishes on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Armenia and India.
