President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the General Director  of “Karabakh Telecom” Ralph Yirikian on December 1. They discussed issues relating to the development of IT communications in Artsakh.

Bako Sahakyan said that the “Karabakh Telecom” company plays an important role in the development of information technologies in the republic and in various charitable programs in Artsakh, the press service of the NKR President informed NEWS.am.

During the meeting they also touched upon issues of tariff reductions. In this regard, the NKR President stressed that the affordable rate has an important socio-economic importance.
