YEREVAN. – A person on Monday is threatening to commit suicide outside the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia.
At 11:50am, the 911 emergency hotline received a report that a person was threatening to set himself on fire in capital city Yerevan—outside the MOD building—and rescuers’ help was needed.
A fire and rescue squad has been dispatched to the scene.
