“I’m a serviceman, and I fulfilled the order” — this is what former Minister of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Movses Hakobyan told Radio Azatutyun as he talked about the fact that troops were brought from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) to Armenia during the events that took place in Yerevan on March 1, 2008.

Movses Hakobyan, who was Minister of Defense of Artsakh and is currently Chief Military Inspector of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, said it is first and foremost necessary to understand why materials considered a secret of preliminary investigation were made public and added that he also has no information about the operative headquarters.

Movses Hakobyan is a relative of Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan.
