Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today had a meeting with Speaker of the Parliament (Riksdag) of the Kingdom of Sweden Andreas Norlén and his delegation in the format of a working lunch. The delegation comprises the deputy speakers of the Swedish Riksdag and the heads of all parliamentary factions.

The Prime Minister’s personal talks with the Speaker of the Riksdag were followed by an enlarged meeting with the members of the delegation.

Issues related to the agenda of the Armenia-Sweden relations and development were discussed, and bilateral and multilateral cooperation and the prospects for the deepening of Swedish-Armenian relations within the scope of the European Union were touched upon.

The Prime Minister of Armenia and the delegates of the Riksdag exchanged views on the reforms being implemented in various sectors in Armenia, the strengthening of democracy and the development of Armenia-EU relations.
