Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan informed on his Facebook page that the government has decided to raise the salaries of rescuers and firefighters.
The Facebook post reads as follows:
“I ended my working meeting with Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan. After our discussion, we decided that the salaries of rescuers and firefighters will be raised starting from October 1, 2019. The scales for raising the salaries will be announced later through a working procedure.”
