ArmRosGazprom (ARG) CJSC will get U.S. $40m. credit from budgetary funds at the annual rate of 11%. This decision was made at today’s RA Government session in Vanadzor (Armenia), RA governmental press service informed NEWS.am.
According to RA Premier Tigran Sargsyan, the credit will accelerate investment program successfully implemented by ArmRosGazprom CJSC: “This loan is an anti-crisis measure. The credit is short-term, having risk-free guarantees on execution of credit commitments.”
The investment program of ARG aimed at uninterrupted gas supply in 2009-2011, will total AMD 61.615 bln., with AMD 27.129 bln. invested in 2009.
