Twitter Inc intends to launch a voice communication function for all users by April, Reuters reported.

Twitter's Spaces competes with Clubhouse. In late February, Twitter tested the feature with 1,000 users, starting with women and people from marginalized groups.

Users will be able to join other people's audio chats or start their discussions, limiting the circle of people who can participate in them, DW notes.

The Clubhouse is a social network consisting exclusively of voice chats, where users create 'rooms' to discuss various topics.
