Twitter announced its first paid subscription, Twitter Blue, which costs $ 3.49 a month for Canadians and Australians. 

US citizens and international users cannot use the service yet, they will have to wait until the end of this year, Тhe Star reported.

Twitter Blue has three benefits for subscribers: tweet folders with bookmarks, a reading mode in which messages and topics are presented uncluttered, and the ability to undo tweets.

Twitter's approach to paid offerings mirrors those of YouTube, which offers a premium service that allows users to play videos without ads for a monthly fee.
