Russia and Azerbaijan will sign a treaty on state border late in 2010, said RF Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov speaking in Federation Council of Russia, RBK reports.
“We recently reached an agreement to close the last delimitation part with Azerbaijan,” he stated. Lavrov pointed out a relevant agreement is to be signed by the end of 2010. The Minister also noted that a similar agreement is under way with Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
