As a diplomat engaged in Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, I oppose the discussion of Karabakh conflict in different formats. It is an unacceptable practice, RA former Foreign Minister, representative of Armenian National Congress (ANC) Alexander Arzumanyan stated at the May 18 press conference referring to the resumption of activities of PACE Subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh. According to him, it will be urgent only in case OSCE Minsk Group fails to solve Karabakh issue.
