French Minister for Economic Recovery, President of the General Council of Hauts-de-Seine Patrick Devedjian believes Armenian-Turkish relations should be established without any preconditions.

According to him, Yerevan should not discuss the establishment of relations with Ankara if the latter sets any preconditions. Devedjian said that he has no right to discuss the Armenia’s official policy and expresses his personal opinion.

Not being a RA citizen, he prefers avoinding any discussions of Armenia’s policy, but as a representative of the Armenian Diaspora he is keeping up with the process.
