An Armenian delegation headed by the RA Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosyan will leave for Sofia to participate in the 22nd meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC (Black Sea Economic Cooperation) member-states on 28 May 2010, RA Foreign Office press service informed NEWS.am.
