Narek Samsonyan, President of the "Civil Consciousness" NGO of Armenia, has been detained. This was announced by Ruben Melikyan, a human rights activist, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) former Human Rights Ombudsman, and co-founder of the “Legal Path” NGO of Armenia.
"They demonstratively detained Narek Samsonyan, with several dozen policemen, at in the courtyard of their building," Melikyan wrote on Facebook.
