The Turkish foreign minister has once again touched upon the matter of normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations.
Mevlut Cavusoglu stated that the steps to normalize relations with Armenia will be agreed with joint decisions to be taken with Azerbaijan, according to Milliyet daily of Turkey.
"There are proposals to carry out flights [between Turkey and Armenia]; we will give the permission for some of it," the Turkish FM added.
