The so-called "corridor" is spoken of as an established fact in Azerbaijan. Tigran Abrahamyan, an MP from the opposition "With Honor" Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia and a security expert, wrote this on Facebook. He added as follows:
“The question is not how the Armenian authorities react to this at the official level. The question is that even if there is no backstage agreement on this matter, Azerbaijan and Turkey make statements the backing down from which seems very difficult.
Simply put, Azerbaijan has assured its society that there will be a corridor.
Moreover, it is already negotiating with its international partners on regional projects, which further complicates the dire situation in connection with the corridor.
Sadly, under the conditions of the created situation, a very unfavorable situation has been created in terms of the scenario, where the choice is between the bad and the worst.”
