The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will meet next Monday for an emergency session on the attacks on Israel by the Houthis in Yemen, according to Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, reports The Times of Israel.

Sa’ar on Tuesday asked US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, president of the UNSC, to call an emergency meeting to condemn the attacks by the Houthis and Iran’s continued support for them, media report.

Overnight, the Houthis launched a missile at Israel for the fourth time in a week.
