In response to a journalist’s question about what proposal he made to Azerbaijan that would be acceptable to both the people of Armenia and the people of Azerbaijan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that he could not disclose it at this moment.
“When we receive Azerbaijan’s response, a more detailed disclosure will take place afterward. This could happen for two reasons: either Azerbaijan agrees, and it should be made public, or Azerbaijan does not agree, which in some way will give us the moral right to disclose it,” he said.
Earlier, he had stated that he had proposed a solution to Azerbaijan that would be acceptable to both the Armenian and Azerbaijani people.
