YEREVAN. – 447 babies were born, in the Armenian capital Yerevan, in the first nine days of 2012, Health Ministry Chief of Staff Suren Krmoyan stated during a press conference on Tuesday.
He also informed that, upon the Minister’s instruction, pre- and post-New Year work shifts were carried in all health facilities.
Also, the Ministry’s hotline worked around the clock during the New Year holidays and received 28 calls.
