YEREVAN. - Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Thursday met with his Artsakh counterpart Karen Mirzoyan.
During the meeting, reference was made to the meeting between the foreign minister of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan in Moscow last week.
The ministers also discussed a number of issues related to the cooperation between the two ministries.
