Deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction, General Seyran Saroyan, told the aforementioned to journalists in Sardarapat Memorial Complex on Sunday, referring to former defense minister Seyran Ohanyan’s entrance into politics.

“I talked to Seyran Ohanyan a few days ago. Everyone has his own mentality and knows what he does and wants. It’s not my business to ask him about entering politics. I am sorry that he resigned [as a minister]. He is a person with ready state mentality,” Saroyan said, noting that those who leave the authorities start criticizing them.

Saroyan also claimed that he discussed no political issues with Ohanyan and phoned the former minister upon his own initiative.
