The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Armenia has no difficulties with inspecting the gas filling stations, Emergency Situations Minister Davit Tonyan told journalists on Sunday.  

In his words, there are no difficulties; only technical preparation work is needed, the issue being related to equipment. “More correctly, there will not be an inspection but a quality control,” he noted.

Referring to the information circulated in media on that the inspections aren’t conducted in the gas filling stations owned by politicians and officials, including leader of Tsarukyan bloc Gagik Tsarukyan, Tonoyan said he hasn’t paid attention to the station owners.  “I don’t pay attention to which private sector they belong to, since this is not important to us in terms of the control over quality of provided services. In case of finding our violations, warnings will be made. The operation of stations, where violations will be found out, will be suspended until they are eliminated.”
