YEREVAN. – In order to ensure the development of Armenia, we must unite our professional potential, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said when introducing the new Minister of Emergency Situations Feliks Tsolakyan.

Tsolakyan is not a new person in the management system.

“The Ministry of Emergency Situations in some respects is a power structure that has military units. Tsolakyan has been working for many years in the system, he has the rank of lieutenant general. I deem this as a symbolic appointment. With this appointment, I wanted to emphasize that during the latest political processes and after the expected parliamentary elections, we must set the following task: we have to unite the existing professional potential for development of Armenia. Although Tsolakyan was not a revolutionary activist, however, his appointment as minister received a positive response,” he said.
