Armenian police chief Valery Osipyan's resignation has not been discussed at the Security Council meeting, Armenian parliament speaker Ararat Mirzoyan told reporters on Wednesday.
“This issue could not be discussed at the Security Council meeting,” he said
According to him, the Security Council has clearly defined what to talk about and there was a clearly defined agenda that exclusively included discussions within that agenda.
