Today at 1:45 p.m. the Regional Crisis Management Center of Gegharkunik Province of Armenia received a report stating that on-duty lifeguards had noticed a person drowning at the first public beach of Lake Sevan.
As reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the lifeguards brought a 36-year-old citizen to the shore.
